Our members who have more than 20 years of caring experience between them, combined their training, experience and knowledge about the elderly health care and formed Care Connect Kent LTD to provide the best quality care for elderly as possible.

      The formers of the company will provide their staff with the best training and learning opportunities about person cantered care, end of life care, diabetes and dementia as well as many other training opportunities.
